The Arts Society Horsley

The Arts Society Horsley is affiliated to The Arts Society, and organises monthly lectures on a range of arts related topics, from paintings and their artists to sculpture and furniture, from gold & silver to jewellery, ceramics to glass, music & opera to ballet and the theatre, from literature to films, and architecture to archaeology.

Lectures are held every second Wednesday in the month, in the morning, at East Horsley Village Hall, with coffee/tea served beforehand.

The Society has some 200 members, but visitors are always welcome to attend (just £5 at the door). If you join the Society, as a member you will be able to go on their various outings to exhibitions, concerts and places of interest, as well as enjoy their Christmas and summer parties. The Arts Society Horsley Lovelace

Is a member society of The Arts Society (TAS) which is a world wide organization based on a love of the Arts in all its forms.

We meet on the third Wednesday of every month (except December and August) in East Horsley Village Hall at 10.30 for a talk on a wide variety of topics related to the Arts, ranging from Architecture, the Old Masters and Photography to Opera and Modern Art, all presented by TAS accredited lecturers, experts in their chosen field. Throughout the year outings and social events are arranged and we make good friends and have fun.
